How do I set up Additional Questions?
Setting up Additional Questions with Delighted only takes a few minutes! See below for the fully process from A-Z:
1) Click on the Survey People link at the top of your dashboard
2) Click on the Gear Icon under the Email platform and select "Configure additional questions":
3) On the following page, select a question type and edit:
Areas that are customizable include the question, options (i.e. options respondents can select), and survey scale labels (when applicable).
4) Once you're complete with editing a question, click "Save question":
5) Repeat for any other questions you'd like to add:
6) Once complete with adding all your questions, click "Turn on":
Optional: If you've already configured Additional Questions, and are just making updates, be sure to publish any of your recent updates (changes will not be visible until published):
