About Delighted & Microsoft Teams

- Open the MS Teams channel you’d like to connect with Delighted. In this example, we’re using our "Positive Feedback" channel
- Once the channel is open, click on the “..." seen on the upper right-hand side of the channel → and open the channel settings

- Click “Get email address”

- Expand the “Advanced settings” → and select “Anyone can send emails to this address” → and then, Click “Save”

- Re-open “Get email address”

- Click “Copy"

- Head to Delighted’s Alerts page. Configure your Alerts → and then input the email address copied from MS Teams, as seen below

- Important note: You may need to edit the copied content to only paste the email address

- Click "Send test" → and then Save changes

- Return to MS Teams → and navigate to the channel that you’ve connected to Delighted Alerts.
- You should see the sample Alert notifications from Delighted! (Is it there? Fingers crossed)
