Can I add a personal note to the email survey?

Yes, we offer a personalized Intro Message you can add to your email survey. This gives you an opportunity to share how you will use the feedback provided. It can also be an effective way to set the tone of the survey, in your own brand’s voice. 

You can add a Intro Message on the Customize appearance page (under “Advanced customization”). Note, Intro Messages are only available for paid accounts.

Interested in dynamically updating the Intro Message on a per-person basis (ex. pulling in the customer's name, referencing a product purchased, etc.)? Use Delighted's Special Properties to update the customization for each person being surveyed.
