Using a few key Delighted features, you can quickly automate the scheduling and sending of your surveys – whether using Email or SMS. In this section, we’ll cover two features which can help best automate your surveying process: Autopilot and our API.
New features, product updates, and other significant changes to your product/service can greatly impact customer satisfaction and feedback. With a regular survey sending cadence, you can easily look at feedback around those milestones to gauge the impact in real-time.
Simply upload a bunch of people, select how often they should be surveyed (ex. once every 3 months), and we’ll take care of the rest. People can be added and removed from Autopilot at any time.
Autopilot schedules surveys for both optimal times and days of the week (no sending on weekends), as well as automatically recurs the survey at a cadence you select.
Triggered sending is a great way to ensure you’re reaching out to customers at the best possible moment in their experience with your company. Our API allows you to send a survey as soon as a key activity occurs, such as a sign-up, milestone (ex. 3 months after purchase), or other notable event.
Transitioning from manual sending to the API can ensure you’re reaching out to customers regularly, without requiring significant manual oversight for the sending process.
