Can I send to people in a different language than English?

Yes. We currently support 37 additional languages, including, but not limited to – Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional, Hong Kong), Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malaysian, Norwegian Bokmål, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, and Turkish.

We also offer variations of many of the languages listed above, such as more formal German variations. Feel free to  reach out and we can help find a good fit!

Each platform – Email, Web, and SMS – can be set to any of these languages and the entire consumer facing experience is translated. This will not change the language of the Delighted user interface. You can easily adjust the survey language within “Customize appearance” for each platform Email, Web, SMS, and Link. Changes made to your survey language will also be reflected on your thank you page.

You can also use our special Locale property (CSV example available via the link) to specify the language used in the survey on a per person basis. You can do this when importing from the web interface or when using the API.
