How does 2-step security work?

Delighted's 2-step security adds an additional check when signing in to your account. When turned on, you’ll be asked for a 4-digit security code that we will send to your mobile phone via text message. This makes your account more secure by requiring both your password and possession of your mobile phone to sign in.

You'll also be prompted to set a handful of recovery questions in the situation where you might have lost access to your phone, or are having trouble receiving the texts. If you run into any issues with your 2-step security, reach out to our Customer Concierge team and we'll help out right away.
