News about Ortto's Autopilot integration
Autopilot has become Ortto. With the change, new users will not be able to set up Ortto's Autopilot. (Please consider exploring Zapier as an alternative.)
However, if you have been using Autopilot — no worries. Your legacy Autopilot integration is still supported by Ortto. If you already have an Autopilot-Ortto account, according to Ortto, it should continue working normally.
Remember, new users can't make use of Autopilot.

About Ortto and the status of Autopilot
Important: If you set up Autopilot before the change to Ortto, your Journey is still supported! Look for your previous Delighted NPS Journey just below the "Get started" section.
Setting up Ortto's Autopilot integration
If you have been using Autopilot since before Ortto existed, these instructions should still be valid — but we can't make any guarantees on a decremented product.
- 1
- Head to the Integration tab in Delighted → and choose the Ortto's Autopilot tile → and click Instructions
- 2
-
Copy the API key from Step 1 of the integration instruction → and click Go to Autopilot
-
- 3
- Sign into Ortto
- 4
- Search in the Setttings section for the Delighted integration → and Connect to Delighted
-
- And then, connect the Delighted app in Autopilot by pasting the Delighted API key when prompted
- 5
- Once connected, copy the Webhook URL provided by Autopilot to your clipboard
- 6
- Back in Delighted, head to the Webhooks page by clicking Integrations > Webhooks
- 7
- Create a Webhook to trigger for all responses and paste the Autopilot destination URL from step 4
- 8
- Click “Send test" (optional), then scroll down and choose "Save & turn on"
After the integration is set up, you can use the Delighted app within Autopilot in all of your workflows.
Triggering surveys as Ortto Autopilot actions
Use actions to trigger Delighted surveys at key moments in the customer lifecycle, like 30 days after sign-up or after a chat is closed.

- 5
- Select if you'll be sending a survey via Email or SMS
- 6
- Select any properties you'd like included in the survey request. (Don’t forget the email address or phone number!)
- 7
- Configure the rest of the Journey as needed
Using responses as action triggers
Connect the Delighted response Trigger in Autopilot to an Action to automate events based on survey responses, such as sending follow-up emails to detractors or sending promo codes to promoters.
- 1
- Head to a Journey
- 2
- On the right-side panel, scroll down to the Triggers section
- 3
- Drag and drop the "NPS Response" Trigger
- 4
- Click on the "NPS Response" Trigger, where it says "Click to configure"
- 5
- Set a rule for determining when that Trigger will fire (ex. for promoters, passives, or detractors)
- 6
- Drag and drop an associated Action/Condition
- 7
- Configure the rest of the Journey as needed

Can I connect multiple Delighted projects to Ortto Autopilot?
Ortto Autopilot can only integrate with one Delighted project — because it can only connect to one API key.
If you need to connect multiple Delighted projects to Autopilot, you can make API calls to Delighted's sending endpoint or connect via Zapier.
