What information is in the Reports section?

Delighted's Reports section includes three powerful tools your team can use to transform your raw customer feedback into elegantly rendered data visualizations in easily sharable formats. Beyond pie charts and histograms, Reports also include tools to help narrow the scope of your CX analysis - pivoting different customer data points against one another (ex. product purchase, location, plan level, MRR, etc.) to uncover previously undetected customer insights and trends.

Delighted's Reports section includes Standard Reports (Snapshot & Over Time) as well as our Premium Report (i.e the Pivot Table). In the section below, we'll take a look at each of these reporting tools in more depth:


Snapshot

  • Learn more: Delighted's Snapshot report allows you to generate easily understood point-in-time surveys. Simply define a time frame (ex. last quarter), select a customer segment (or leave as "All responses"), and you'll have instant access to the metric, distribution of scores, and curated comments for that time frame.
Standard Reports

Over Time

  • Learn more: With Delighted's Over Time report, your team can easily monitor CX objectives like customer satisfaction (CSAT), brand loyalty (NPS), and other key metrics as they trend weekly, monthly, or annually. The Over Time report also reveals deltas (ex. comparing this month to last month) to ensure your team is continually moving the needle in a positive direction for your customers.

Pivot Table

  • Learn more: Monitor support agent performance for a given location/branch. Identify how satisfied customers of a particular product are with their checkout experience. Pull a list of MRR ranges to see what revenue is most at risk. Delighted's Pivot Table provides the ability to correlate different data points to uncover immediately actionable insights.
Premium Reports
