What are Notes and how do I add them?

Notes make it easy to add extra context to a response – mark that you’ve followed up, add some background, or capture thoughts on an interesting suggestion. Add a note from any response detail page. A response can have as many notes as you’d like. Every user on your account can add notes. Each note will contain the email of the user that added the note, as well as the timestamp.

To add a note, go to any response detail page (click on the timestamp of the response from the dashboard) and click “Add a note” at the bottom of the page.

Interested in filtering response with notes?

After adding a note, you’ll be able to filter responses based on those with notes as well as those without notes. Just use the filters under “Notes” on your sidebar.
