Can I be notified if certain words are mentioned in a response?
Yes. When you set up a Trend for keywords or properties you can subscribe to receive email notifications. New responses will be delivered to you as they happen.
For instance, you might want to know when a customer mentions a competitor. Or, you may want to subscribe to receive positive feedback about a new product line you just launched.
