Can I link together separate dashboards?
Yes. Your team can create multiple Delighted instances via a feature we call Projects. Each Project is effectively a unique Delighted instance, with a separate dashboard, unique customization, distinct API key, etc. Your team can easily can toggle between multiple Projects via a drop-down menu at the top left-hand corner of your dashboard.
Why get started with Projects? The simple answer is that Projects enable your company to move beyond a single CX metric. Easily layer in different survey types for various touchpoints (ex. onboarding, post-support interactions, etc.), roll-out feedback initiatives different teams, and much more.
