FAQs

Ortto's Autopilot integration overview

Ortto's Autopilot integration allows you to automatically send surveys (via email or SMS), automate follow-up actions based on responses being received, and condition other actions based on customers’ previous Delighted responses.

A note about Template types

Currently, the Ortto integration is only compatible with the NPS Template type. If you want to connect to another Template type, send us a note!

Can I connect multiple Delighted projects to Ortto Autopilot?

Ortto Autopilot can only integrate with one Delighted Template, because it can only connect to one API key.

If you need to connect multiple Delighted Templates to Autopilot, you can make API calls to Delighted's sending endpoint or connect via Zapier.
