The following are answers to certain questions you may have regarding our acquisition by Qualtrics:

What changes can I expect?

In the short-term, your day-to-day experience with Delighted will feel identical as before. From your points of contact with our Concierge team, to the process of sending out surveys, everything will continue without any interruption.

In the long-term, you can look forward to new enhancements to Delighted, which we can’t wait to share with you as soon as we can.

Is Delighted the product being shut-down?

No. Delighted will continue to serve your team as a platform to collect and analyze NPS, CES, CSAT, and 5-star feedback. Our acquisition by Qualtrics provides us with the opportunity to amplify the things you already love about Delighted, as well as apply more resources towards addressing the areas you'd like to see improved.

Will my surveys continue going out automatically?

Yes. All existing survey scheduling and automation will continue without interruption.

Will plans and/or pricing at Delighted change?

We have no immediate plans to change plans and pricing.

As we have historically, we may introduce new functionality, enhancements, and plan options and may modify pricing in conjunction with these improvements. However, as always, you will be notified of any updates to plan options well in advance.

Will I still have the same contact points with the Delighted Customer Concierge team?

Yes. The same Customer Concierge team that has been supporting you in the past will continue to provide the same exceptional support in the future.

Are we still bound by the past privacy and terms of service agreements, or will those change?

All agreed terms and policies will remain in place for the time being. As you might expect, certain elements of our agreements and policies may require a refresh over time.

If any changes are expected, we'll provide those updates in a transparent and easy-to-understand notification to your team.

What happens to my data?

Protecting customer data has always been, and remains, a top priority at Delighted. Your trust in our team and systems to ensure the security of your data is a responsibility we take seriously.

Qualtrics also takes data privacy and security very seriously. With a customer base that includes some of the world's most notable organizations, Qualtrics maintains a rigorous and continually tested data security program. All data are safeguarded using industry best security practices that prevent unlawful disclosure.

Will I have to move our surveying and feedback program over to Qualtrics?

No. Your surveying and feedback will continue in Delighted without any change or interruption.

My company also uses Qualtrics, what changes can I expect?

You can continue to use Delighted and Qualtrics as you have in the past.

We will keep you posted about additional updates about Delighted improvements and your Qualtrics account team will also be in touch about any important updates.

What new products does Qualtrics offer that might help grow our feedback program?

The Qualtrics XM platform provides an opportunity to go deeper with your feedback, offering more questions, customization, richer reporting, and consulting to deliver a solution tailored to your unique business needs.
