Can I view how feedback trends over time?

Absolutely. Using Delighted's graph feature, you can expand a graph that will show daily, weekly, and monthly visualizations of your feedback over time.

Simply click "Show Graph" to reveal a breakdown of your feedback as it trends over time. Hovering over any point on the graph will show the specific feedback for that time period, as well as a breakdown of the score (ex. between Promoter, Passive, and Detractor for NPS).

As you select filters from your sidebar, the graph will update as well. Use the graph in conjunction with your property filters to get a sense of how NPS is trending for different customer types, locations, and more.

Check our overview of the Over Time report, which allows you to visualize how your metric is Trending over time for different customer segments. Additionally, you can change the time frame used for the report, view the deltas (ex. month-over-month), and export the data as a CSV.
